The month is over… it’s now summer AND my kickstarter campaign for the Adventures of the Dress photography book was funded! Out of my $10,000 goal, I ended up with $10,667!! I realize that this is a time when people don’t want to part with their hard earned money. So, I am humbled that this project was backed by so many amazing people. Thank you, SO MUCH.
This project was very important to me… and working on it so hard- it became important to those closest to me as well. My husband said it best… “There is too much negativity around, its time to focus on something positive and uplifting. I find this reflection of humanity to be a breath of fresh air.”
I’ve heard many positive things about Adventures of the Dress… and it’s reached a lot of people. This really fills my heart, and makes me so very happy. I couldn’t have done any of it without the help of my husband, the dress models, and one of my best friends, Erin… who works hard on the layouts of this book AND took time to wear the dress.
I have watched so many family, friends, and others share this project with a lot of energy and support. Thank you all!!
Now, I get to finish this project, order the books and see everything come to life. The journey isn’t over, but it’s off to an amazing start!
